摘 要:随着招聘市场就业形势日益严峻,职位信息预测对于企业的人才招聘和求职者寻找合适职位或在相关领域深造具有重要的指导意义。本研究采用基于随机森林的职位信息预测方法,使用Python爬虫技术获取招聘网站的相关职位信息,经过数据处理操作后使用分步预测的方式对随机森林模型进行调参和训练,根据各步预测的特征重要性和模型评估进行分析。本研究不仅能帮助企业精准匹配所需人才,也能为求职者提供明确的职业发展方向,并指出本课题未来的研究方向。With the increasingly severe employment situation in the recruitment market,job information prediction has important guiding significance for the recruitment of talents and job seekers to find suitable positions or further study in related fields.In this study,the job information prediction method based on Random Forest,and the relevant job information of the recruitment website is obtained by using Python crawler technology.After data processing,the random forest model is adjusted and trained by means of step-by-step prediction,and the analysis is made according to the feature importance and model evaluation of each step prediction.This research can not only help enterprises accurately match the talents they need,but also provide clear career development direction for job seekers,and point out the future research direction of this subject.
