摘　　要：本文基于2013—2023年《全球企业绿地投资数据库》,通过双重差分模型对澜湄合作机制的对外投资影响作用进行评估。主要结论为:首先,澜湄合作机制的实施有效地促进了中国企业在澜湄流域对外投资的增长,并且一系列的有效性和稳健性检验均表明这一促进效应的显著存在;其次,通过异质性分析发现,澜湄合作机制的实施更明显地表现为显著促进老挝、泰国、柬埔寨这三个国家的投资增长,而对缅甸、越南这两个国家并没有显著的促进作用,这表明澜湄合作机制在部分澜湄国家并未对中国企业的投资产生显著影响;最后,影响机制分析表明,澜湄合作机制通过“五通”——设施联通、政策沟通、资金融通、贸易畅通、民心相通显著提升了中国企业在澜湄国家的海外投资规模。This study employs a difference-in-differences(DID) methodology to evaluate the impact of Lancang-Mekong Cooperation(LMC) on foreign investment using global corporate greenfield investment data from 2013 to 2023. The findings reveal that the LMC mechanism significantly promotes Chinese enterprises' foreign investment in the LMC region, as confirmed through multiple validity and robustness tests. Heterogeneity analysis demonstrates that while the LMC mechanism substantially increases investment in Laos, Thailand, and Cambodia, its effects on Myanmar and Vietnam remain statistically insignificant. The impact mechanism analysis indicates that the LMC framework enhances Chinese enterprises' overseas investment through five primary channels: policy coordination, facilities connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration, and people-to-people bonds.
