摘 要:为实现铁路四电工程施工管理全生命周期的监管,研究基于BIM技术在铁路四电工程施工管理中平台的搭建方案。首先,分析BIM技术在三维建模、数据集成中的作用。其次,分析现存施工管理过程中存在的问题给出基于BIM技术的解决方案。最后,BIM三维建模技术与现有传统施工资料结合,形成资料管理、模型管理、数据集成、应用管理的铁路四电工程项目管理一体化平台,实现信息共享与协同,二维图纸在三位空间的重构,以及施工现场在虚拟空间的重现,使得设计更加准确。In order to achieve the full life cycle supervision of the railway four-power engineering construction management,this research project studied the construction plan of a platform based on BIM technology in railway four-power engineering construction management.Firstly,the role of BIM technology in 3D modeling and data integration was analyzed.Secondly,solutions based on BIM technology were proposed by analyzing the existing problems in the construction management process.Finally,the BIM 3D modeling technology and existing traditional construction data were combined to form an integrated platform for railway four-power engineering project management,which includes data management,model management,data integration,and application management.This platform enables information sharing and collaboration,reconstruction of 2D drawings in three-dimensional space,and reproduction of construction sites in virtual space,resulting in more accurate designs.The proposed plan provides new research concepts for the construction management of the four-power engineering projects.
