市域(郊)铁路常用跨度简支桥梁结构设计

摘　　要：市域(郊)铁路在我国起步较晚,各建设项目桥梁简支结构存在多种类型,尚未统一。结合市域(郊)铁路设计标准,参考国内高速、普速铁路通用桥梁结构设计情况,采用有限元计算等方法对市域(郊)铁路简支箱梁、简支梁桥墩以及部分附属设施的设计原则进行了研究,供相关建设项目参考。主要结论如下:(1)双线简支梁线间距为4.0 m时,桥面宽度为10.8 m,线间距为5.0 m时,桥面宽度为11.8 m,梁高2.0 m,跨中截面顶、底板厚均为0.26 m,腹板厚0.36 m;单线简支梁桥面宽7.0 m,梁高2.0 m,跨中截面顶板厚0.22 m,腹板厚0.27 m,底板厚0.25 m。(2)桥墩采用八边形宝石形桥墩。(3)采用整体式桥面系一体化运架方案。Urban(suburban)railways started late in China,and there are many types of bridge simply supported structures in various construction projects,which have not yet been unified.Combined with the design standards of urban(suburban)railways,referring to the design of general bridge structures of domestic high-speed and generalspeed railways,the design principles of simply supported box girders,simply supported girder piers and some ancillary facilities of urban(suburban)railways were studied by means of finite element calculation,which were used for reference of related construction projects.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)For double-line simply supported beam,when the line spacing is 4.0m,the bridge deck width is 10.8m,and when the line spacing is 5.0m,the bridge deck width is 11.8m.The beam height is 2.0m.The thickness of the top and bottom plates of the midspan section is 0.26m,and the thickness of the web is 0.36m.Single-line simply supported beam is 7.0m wide and 2.0m high.The thickness of the top plate of the mid-span section is 0.22m,the thickness of the web is 0.27m,and the thickness of the bottom plate is 0.25m.(2)The piers are octagonal gem-shaped piers.(3)It is suggested to adopt the integrated transportation and erection scheme of the integral bridge deck system.
