摘  要:体教融合是时代发展到一定阶段的必然产物,其要实现高质量发展,关键在于消除体制与机制之间的阻碍,构建一个包含多方参与者、多主体协同合作的新利益生态体系,在推进过程中,各相关利益主体之间的共生与博弈,体现了各方利益诉求与行为逻辑。研究认为,主体关系利益化、青少年体育管理碎片化、体教融合环境阻滞化等,形成了体教融合协同治理困境生成的逻辑。体育部门管理职责异化和教育部门管理职责的异化,形成了体教融合协同治理困境生成的内在动因,并以“利益共容”为目标提出实践路径。The integration of sports and education is an inevitable product of the development of the times to a certain stage,and to achieve high-quality development,the key lies in eliminating the obstacles between the system and mechanism,and constructing a new ecosystem of interests that includes multi-party participants and multi-subjects cooperation,and in the process of promoting the symbiosis and games between the relevant subjects of interest,which reflects the interests of all parties and the logic of behavior.The study concludes that the logic of the dilemma of synergistic governance of sports and education integration is formed by the interests of the subject relationship,the fragmentation of youth sports management,and the obstruction of the environment of sports and education integration.The alienation of the management responsibilities of the sports sector and the alienation of the management responsibilities of the education sector have formed the internal motive of the generation of the dilemma of coordinated governance of sports and education integration,and the practical path is proposed with the goal of benefit tolerance.
