民族体育文化产业赋能乡村振兴的内涵、困境与策略

摘　　要：破解体育产业不平衡不充分发展的重大创新实践,构建民族体育文化产业市场化治理体系的重要连接通道,满足人民群众日益增长的精神物质双重需求的服务供给载体是民族体育文化产业赋能乡村振兴的价值内涵。发展体制机制不完善,复合型人才匮乏,发展资金注入不足,乡村体育基础设施建设紧缺,民族传统体育特色项目创新不够等是现实困境。研究得出优化策略:完善体制机制,释放民族体育文化产业发展潜能;强化复合型人才培养,激发民族体育文化产业人才创新活力;建立投融资体系,拓宽民族体育文化产业投融资渠道;加强基础设施建设,完善乡村民族传统体育场地供给;创新特色项目发展,挖掘民族体育项目产业化发展潜力。The significant innovative practice to break through the imbalances and inadequacies in the development of sports industry,the important connection channel to build a market-oriented governance system for the national sports culture industry,and the service supply platform to meet the growing dual needs of the people for spiritual and material well-being are the value connotations of empowering rural revitalization with national sports culture industry.The current reality is faced with challenges such as imperfect development mechanisms,lack of skilled personnel,insufficient funding,shortage of sports infrastructure in rural areas,and insufficient innovation in traditional sports projects.The research has concluded with optimal strategies:perfecting the development mechanisms to release the potential of national sports culture industry,strengthening the cultivation of skilled personnel to stimulate the innovative vitality of the personnel in the national sports culture industry,establishing investment and financing systems to expand the channels of investment and financing for the national sports culture industry,strengthening infrastructure construction to improve the supply of traditional sports venues in rural areas,and innovating the development of special projects to tap the potential for industrial development of national sports projects.
