摘　　要：技术调查官制度是近年来的研究热点,但如何做好技术调查官工作仍缺乏系统性研究和实践指导。文章基于参与“密胺”案的实践经验,从技术调查官的视角探讨其工作要点,认为做好技术调查官工作需要准确理解技术,具备较强的表达能力和临场应变能力,并不断提升自身的法律素养。The technical investigator system has become a research hotspot in recent years.However,there is still a lack of systematic research and practical guidance on how to perform well as a technical investigator.Based on practical experience from a"melamine"case,this article explores the focus of technical investigation work from the perspective of a technical investigator.The study finds that performing well as a technical investigator requires accurate understanding of technology,strong communication skills,the ability to adapt to on-site situations,and continuous improvement of legal knowledge.
