摘  要:目前海上油田整体进入双高阶段,低渗油田开发潜力大,气驱成为海上油田提高采收率的新手段。针对低渗油田注气开发需求,研发了一种海上油田分层注气工艺技术,通过分层注气工作筒与钢丝作业,实现了多个层位注气量的注入与调配,实现了高效测调。同时针对井下回注天然气组分复杂、相态多变,精确测试比较困难的问题,进行了6种流量计的测试原理、优缺点及适用性分析,对涡轮、超声、差压及热式流量计进行测试原理分析,剖析在气体流量测试的改进措施,确定目前该技术用于井下湿气流量测试存在的不足,提出了井下气体精确测试中需要改进的问题及方向,满足了井下高温高压环境下气体测试需求。后续需要进一步提高井下湿气流量测试水平,提高井下湿气流量测试精度,为高精度注气开发提供技术保障。研究结果可为井下气体测试技术的发展提供解决思路。Currently,the overall offshore production is in a high water phase,and there is great potential to develop low-permeability reservoirs.Gas flooding has become a new means of improving oil recovery in offshore oil fields.focused on the gas injection development needs of low permeability oil fields and developed a layered gas injection process technology for offshore oil fields,through layered gas injection working cylinder and steel wire operations,multiple layers of gas injection volume were injected and adjusted,achieving efficient measurement and adjustment.At the same time,in response to the complex composition and variable phase state of natural gas injected underground,which makes accurate testing difficult,six types of flow meters were analyzed for their testing principles,advantages and disadvantages,and applicability.The testing principles of turbine,ultrasonic,differential pressure,and thermal flowmeters were analyzed and measures to improve gas flow testing were investigated.The shortcomings of these technologies in underground wet gas flow testing were identified,and the problems and directions for improvement in underground gas flow testing were suggested.To meet the requirements of gas testing in high-temperature and high-pressure underground environments.In the future,it is necessary to further improve the level of underground wet gas flow testing,improve the accuracy of underground wet gas flow testing,and provide technical support for the development of high-precision gas injection.This provides a solution for the development of underground gas testing technology.
