摘　　要：长庆油田公司近几年部署了大量小井眼定向井,小井眼井漏失数量加剧,且伴随长裸眼井段多套压力薄弱层及漏失层位同存的情况,严重制约钻井提速增效。为实现?准152.4 mm及?准165.1 mm小井眼井的安全高效堵漏、快速钻井,针对钻井时裸眼的井径扩大率,通过理论设计、有限元分析及实物试验相结合的方式,研发了一种小井眼裸眼封隔堵漏工具及其配套的腰鼓型胶筒。该工具具备多种解封方式及下接钻柱的功能,配套胶筒兼具径向的大膨胀量及对井筒的密封性,可封隔最大?准190 mm尺寸井眼环空。该封隔堵漏工具通过多次现场功能性试验,验证了该工具可实现下接230 m钻柱,且坐封后保持最大挤封压力4.5 MPa及2 min内快速解封的功能,为小井眼钻井堵漏相关领域提供技术借鉴。In recent years,the Changqing Oilfield Company has deployed a considerable number of small wellbore directional wells,which has resulted in an increase in the number of small wellbore leaks.The coexistence of multiple sets of pressure-weak layers and leaking layers in the long open-hole section significantly impedes the speed and efficiency of drilling operations.In order to achieve safe and efficient plugging and rapid drilling of small wellbore wells with a diameter of 152.4 mm and 165.1 mm,this paper considers the enlargement rate of the open hole during drilling.A small wellbore open-hole plugging tool and its matching waist-drum type rubber cylinder were designed and developed through a combination of theoretical design,finite element analysis,and physical testing.The tool is equipped with a number of unsealing techniques and is designed to facilitate the connection of the drill string.The matching rubber cylinder exhibits both substantial radial expansion and effective sealing capabilities for the wellbore,with the capacity to seal the wellbore annulus with a maximum diameter of 190 mm.The functionality of the sealing and plugging tool was validated through on-site testing,wherein the tool demonstrated its ability to connect a 230 m drill string,withstand a maximum extrusion pressure of 4.5 MPa post-setting,and rapidly unblock within two minutes.This provides a technical reference for the field of small-hole drilling and plugging.
