摘　　要：针对现有落鱼打捞工具,打捞范围小、更换频繁及现场打捞效率低的问题,设计了一种大范围打捞筒工具,提高打捞效率,降低使用成本。采用拓扑优化理论对常规篮瓦式打捞筒进行受力分析,以φ206 mm打捞筒和φ139.7 mm落鱼为研究对象,优化设计新型大范围打捞筒工具,并开展室内和现场试验进行验证。工具室内试验在特定试验台架上进行抗拉、抗扭、极限性能及打捞范围适用性测试;现场试验在中海油服新疆作业支持基地进行,验证工具打捞作业应用效果。结果表明,优化后的大范围打捞工具在拉力800 kN和转矩15 kN·m试验参数下,篮瓦和落鱼咬合稳定;在拉力1500 kN极限工况测试中,篮瓦内齿出现崩齿与明显磨损;该工具能满足±3 mm打捞范围要求,篮瓦咬合落鱼牢固,接触表面无滑移和明显损伤。大范围打捞筒工具结构合理,作业效率是常规打捞筒工具的3倍,为现场打捞作业提供了技术支撑。Research was conducted to solve the problems of the existing fishing tools for lost fish,such as small fishing range,frequent tool replacement,and low fishing efficiency on site.To improve the fishing efficiency and reduce the tool usage cost,a long-range overshot tool was designed.The method involved using the topological optimization theory to perform a force analysis on the conventional basket-type overshot.Taking theφ206 mm overshot and theφ139.7 mm lost fish as the research objects,a new large-range overshot tool was optimally designed,and indoor tests and field tests were conducted for verification.The indoor tests were conducted on a special test bench to test the tensile and torsional strength,the ultimate performance of the tool,and the applicability of the fishing range.The field tests were conducted for fishing operations at the Xinjiang Operation Support Base of COSL to verify the application effect of the tool.The results show that under the test parameters of a pulling force of 800 kN and a torque of 15 kN·m,the bite between the basket slip and the lost fish of the optimized long-range fishing tool is stable.In the ultimate working condition test with a pulling force of 1,500 kN,tooth breakage and obvious wear occurred on the innlarge-rangeer teeth of the basket slips.This tool can meet the requirement of a fishing range of±3 mm,the basket slips firmly bite the lost fish,and there is no slippage and obvious damage on the contact surface.The structure of the large range overshot tool is reliable,and its operating efficiency is three times that of the conventional overshot tool,providing a technical reference for on-site fishing operations.
