摘　　要：泥浆搅拌器在泥浆循环系统中起着非常重要的作用,承担着实现泥浆搅拌均匀以及现场配浆的重任,主要由防爆电机、减速器、机座及叶轮组成。对泥浆搅拌器传动结构(蜗轮蜗杆减速器)和叶轮总成进行了结构设计;利用Ansys、Fluent软件分别对主要零部件(蜗轮轴、搅拌轴)的强度以及搅拌过程进行仿真模拟分析,确定了蜗轮蜗杆减速器的设计参数;确定了圆盘涡轮式斜叶片叶轮的循环流量和几何尺寸,确定了搅拌轴的设计方案。结果表明,蜗轮轴和搅拌轴强度合格,配置20 m3液罐体积偏小,固体颗粒存在沉淀现象,但整体方案可行。为保证搅拌效果,实际应用中应选择较大容积的罐体。The mud mixer plays a very important role in the mud circulation system,as it is responsible for achieving uniform mixing of mud and on-site mud treatment.The mud mixer designed in this article can achieve uniform mixing of mud and on-site mud treatment to ensure smooth drilling operations.The mud mixer consists of an explosion-proof motor,reduction gear,base,and impeller.The mud mixer's transmission structure(worm gear)and impeller assembly structure were designed;Ansys and Fluent were used to simulate and analyze the strength of the main components(worm shaft,impeller shaft,mixing shaft)and the mixing process.The design parameters of the worm gear were determined and the results of the strength calculations were qualified.The circulation flow and geometric dimensions of the disc turbine-type inclined blade impeller were determined,and a design scheme for the mixing shaft that meets the stiffness and strength requirements was determined.The analysis results show that the strength of the worm shaft and the mixing shaft are qualified;the liquid tank volume of 20 m3 is too small,and there is sedimentation of solid particles.The sludge mixer designed in this article has a reference value.To ensure the mixing effect,a larger volume tank should be selected in actual applications.
