摘 要:气固流化床反应器因其良好的两相接触特性在炼油、化工领域获得了广泛应用。但近年来炼化企业对目标产品的要求趋于多元化,这就需要在同一反应器内完成多种反应,采用不同性能催化剂颗粒的耦合反应器是一种很好的解决方案。本文分析了小差异和大差异双组分颗粒流化床反应器在多产低碳烯烃催化裂化过程中的应用,对比各种二元颗粒体系流化床反应器的结构和工艺条件,结合大型冷模实验研究的结果,指出大差异二元颗粒多区耦合反应器比组合流化床更易实现两种反应过程流动-传递-换热的耦合。并提出开发二元颗粒体系流化床反应器所需关注的问题,为其设计提供参考。Gas-solid fluidized bed reactors have been widely used in the fields of oil refining and chemical engineering due to their excellent two-phase contact characteristics.However,in recent years,as the requirements of refining and chemical enterprises for target products have tended to be diversified,multiple reactions need to be completed within the same reactor.Coupled reactors employing catalyst particles with different performances are undoubtedly a good solution.This paper analyzed the application of both the fluidized bed reactors with small-difference and large-difference binary particles in the catalytic cracking process for maximizing the production of low-carbon olefins.It also compared the structures and process conditions of various binary particle system fluidized bed reactors.Finally,by combining with the results of large-scale cold model experiments,it was pointed out that the multi-zone coupled reactors with large-difference binary particles could achieve a better coupling of the flow,mass transfer,and heat transfer processes of the two reactions compared with the combined fluidized bed reactors.Additionally,attentive problems in developing the fluidized bed reactors of the binary particle system were put forward,which provided a reference for their design.
