摘 要:随着全球对环境保护和可持续发展的日益重视,过程工业的绿色化转型显得尤为重要。分子筛作为一类重要的催化材料,在石油化工、环境治理等领域发挥着关键作用。本文聚焦于分子筛的绿色合成技术,探讨了实现分子筛绿色合成的新方法,旨在减少环境污染、提升资源利用率。本文从模板剂的选择、原料的优化以及合成方式的创新三个方面进行了详细阐述。首先,讨论了无模板剂或晶种的使用,以减少合成过程中有害有机模板剂的排放;其次,分析了利用工业副产品或废弃物作为原料,实现资源的循环利用;最后,介绍了外场强化新型合成技术,这些技术能够提高合成效率、降低能耗,并减少废物的产生。通过这些绿色合成方法的应用,可以显著降低分子筛合成对环境的影响,同时保持或提高其催化性能,为催化剂制备的绿色发展提供了新的思路和技术支持。With the increasing global emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable development,the green transformation of process industries has become particularly crucial.Zeolites,as a class of important catalytic materials,play a key role in fields such as petrochemicals and environmental governance.This article focuses on the green synthesis technology of zeolites,exploring new methods for their green synthesis with the aim of reducing environmental pollution and improving resource utilization.The article provides a detailed discussion from three aspects:the selection of template agents,the optimization of raw materials,and the innovation of synthesis methods.Firstly,it discusses the use of no template agents or seed crystals to reduce the emission of harmful organic template agents during synthesis.Secondly,it analyzes the use of industrial by-products or waste as raw materials to achieve the recycling of resources.Finally,it introduces new synthesis technologies enhanced by external fields,which can improve synthesis efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and minimize waste generation.The application of these green synthesis methods can significantly reduce the environmental impact of zeolite synthesis while maintaining or enhancing their catalytic performance,providing new ideas and technical support for the green development of catalyst preparation.
