文化IP赋能非遗文化活态传承的逻辑机理、实践案例与路径选择

摘　　要：加快推进非遗传承和保护是建设社会主义文化强国的核心内容。当前时代背景下,文化IP发展如火如荼,其对于非遗文化活态传承的影响集中于非遗文化资源释放、衍生产品附加值提升、非遗文化空间拓展、非遗文化共生圈形成四个层面。由此可见,以文化IP赋能非遗文化活态传承具有相当的可行性,是推进非物质文化遗产传承工作的新方向和新思路。近年来,全国各地在文化IP赋能非遗文化活态传承方面所进行的实践取得了丰富的经验和成果,应对其进行深入分析和借鉴参考,并结合IP创设的基本思路和流程,从内涵建设、特色开发、深度传播、技术赋能四方面入手构建赋能路径,让非遗文化借助IP这一时代东风实现可持续发展和高质量传播。Accelerating the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage is the core content of building a socialist cultural power.In the current era,the development of cultural IP is booming,and its impact on the active inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is concentrated in four aspects:the release of intangible cultural resources,the enhancement of added value of derivative products,the expansion of intangible cultural space,and the formation of a symbiotic circle of intangible cultural heritage.From this,it can be seen that empowering the active inheritance of intangible cultural heritage with cultural IP has considerable feasibility and is a new direction and idea for promoting the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.In recent years,various regions across the country have gained rich experience and achievements in empowering the dynamic inheritance of intangible cultural heritage through cultural IP.It is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and reference,and combine the basic ideas and processes of IP creation to construct an empowerment path from four aspects:connotation construction,characteristic development,deep dissemination,and technological empowerment,so that intangible cultural heritage can achieve sustainable development and high-quality dissemination with the help of IP as the era's wind.
