摘　　要：糖尿病皮肤溃疡是最常见的糖尿病并发症之一,创面难愈,易反复感染、组织坏死甚至截肢,给患者造成了巨大的痛苦。Wnt蛋白家族参与很多生物学过程,包括细胞增殖、凋亡和分化,且具有多种不同的生理功能,与创面愈合密切相关。本文就Wnt信号通路在糖尿病皮肤溃疡中的作用和机制展开综述,为糖尿病溃疡愈合提供新的思路和理论基础。Diabetic cutaneous ulcers are one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus,which are difficult to heal,prone to recurrent infections,tissue necrosis and even amputation,causing great pain to patients.The Wnt family of proteins is involved in many biological processes,including cell proliferation,apoptosis,and differentiation,and has a variety of different physiological functions,which are closely related to wound healing.In this paper,the role and mechanism of Wnt signaling pathway in diabetic cutaneous ulcers were reviewed for providing new ideas and theoretical basis for diabetic ulcer healing.
