摘  要:针对隧道内双块式轨枕开裂病害,通过线下试验研究并结合现场实际情况,提出了凿除伤损岔枕、更换新岔枕、浇筑聚合物混凝土等技术方案。对于双块式轨枕挡肩缺损,采用植筋+树脂砂浆重筑的整治技术;对于双块式轨枕重度伤损,采用轨枕快速更换技术,并浇筑快硬聚合物混凝土将道床板重筑。结果表明,整治及更换技术可使无砟轨道在修复过程中保持良好的承载安全性和稳定性,适用于天窗期双块式轨枕伤损快速修复。According to the cracking disease of double-block sleeper in certain railway tunnel,the technical schemes such as chiselling the damaged switch sleeper,replacing the switch sleeper and pouring polymer concrete were put forward through offline test and combining with the actual working conditions.For the defects of double-block sleeper shoulder,the treatment technology of planting reinforcement-resin-mortar rebuilding was adopted.For the serious damage of double-block sleeper,the quick replacement technology of sleeper was adopted,and the fast hardening polymer concrete was poured to rebuild the track bed slab.The research results show that the remediation and replacement technology can make the ballastless track maintain good bearing safety and stability during the repair process,which is suitable for the rapid repair of the double-block sleeper in the skylight period,and can provide reference for the similar double-block ballastless track structure disease remediation.
