摘 要:针对武汉地铁7号线某些区段出现单趾弹簧扣件弹条断裂现象,根据现场调研情况选取典型断裂弹条作为样品,检测了弹条材料化学成分和硬度,通过室内和室外试验测试了扣件性能、弹条模态、弹条动力学性能及轨道结构动力性能,分析弹条断裂原因。结果表明:单趾弹条及扣件其他零部件均无明显异常,轨道结构动力性能满足要求;由于现场钢轨存在波磨,列车通过时产生轮轨异常激励,其激励频率范围与弹条第2阶固有频率范围接近,引发弹条共振,共振时弹条直线段和大圆弧同向振动,在小圆弧和直线段过渡位置产生异常载荷,进而产生裂纹,最终导致弹条断裂失效。In response to the breakage phenomenon of single toe spring clip elastic bar in certain sections of Wuhan Metro Line7,the typical broken elastic bars were selected as samples based on on-site survey.The chemical composition and hardness of the elastic bar material were tested,and the clip performance,elastic bar mode,elastic bar dynamic performance,and track structure dynamic performance were tested through indoor and outdoor experiments to analyze the cause of elastic bar breakage.The results indicate that there are no significant abnormalities in the single toe elastic bar and other components of the fastener,and the dynamic performance of the track structure meets the requirements.Due to the presence of corrugation on the steel rails on site,abnormal wheel rail excitation occurs when the train passes through.The excitation frequency range is close to the second natural frequency range of the elastic bar,causing resonance of the elastic bar.During resonance,the straight section and the large arc of the elastic bar vibrate in the same direction,generating abnormal loads at the transition position between the small arc and the straight section,which in turn leads to cracks and ultimately causes the fracture and failure of the elastic bar.
