摘 要:针对高压碎值骨料自身强度较低、界面性能较差等问题,通过添加硅灰浆等高活性矿物掺和料,制备出具有良好工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能的高性能混凝土,并探讨了硅灰浆掺量对不同岩性高压碎值骨料所制备混凝土性能的影响差异及其微观机理。结果表明:在骨料压碎值相等的情况下,高压碎值花岗岩骨料混凝土的力学性能略优于高压碎值片麻岩骨料混凝土,这可能与片麻岩的层状构造有关,但加入硅灰浆可弥补骨料自身缺陷,改善混凝土内部微结构,有助于缩小这种因骨料结构差异而带来的强度及耐久性差距。在C40与C60强度等级的高压碎值骨料混凝土制备中,硅灰浆建议掺量分别为其固含量占胶凝材料质量的5.0%与7.5%。In view of the low strength and poor interfacial properties of high pressure crushed aggregates,high performance concrete with good working performance,mechanical properties and durability was prepared by adding high active mineral admixtures such as silica fume slurry.The differences in the influence of silica fume slurry content on the performance of concrete prepared from high pressure crushed value aggregates of different rock types and the micro mechanisms were explored.The results show that,the mechanical properties of concrete prepared with granite aggregates are slightly better than those prepared with gneiss aggregates of equal pressure crushed values,and the difference in splitting tensile strength is more significant.This may be related to the layered structure of gneiss,but the addition of silica fume slurry can effectively fill the defect areas of the aggregates,improve the internal microstructure of the concrete,and also help to narrow the strength and durability gap caused by differences in aggregate structure.In the preparation of C40 strength grade and C60 strength grade concrete with high pressure crushed aggregates,the recommended contents of silica fume slurry are 5.0%and 7.5%of the solid content of the cementitious material,respectively.
