摘　　要：1927年,蒋介石和汪精卫相继背叛革命,大肆屠杀共产党人和革命群众,轰轰烈烈的大革命惨遭失败,年轻的中国共产党遭受了成立以来的第一次重大危机。在生死存亡考验面前,中国共产党人从血泊中奋起,果断采取了一系列对策:转入地下斗争,确定新的路线和政策,转变武装斗争的道路,坚定革命胜利的信心。在正确策略的指引下,中国共产党人以大无畏的革命精神与国民党反动派展开了坚决的斗争,并最终使革命转危为安。年轻的中国共产党成功地化“危”为“机”,为新时代党和政府大力提升防范和化解重大风险的能力,提供了极其宝贵的经验启迪:把握好民主与集中的辩证关系,协调好党员队伍发展的数量和质量,走中国特色道路。In 1927,Chiang Kai-shek and Wang Jingwei successively betrayed the revolution by slaughtering the communist members and the masses involved in the revolution.And the once dramatic great revolution turned out a tragic failure and the Communist Party of China suffered its first major crisis after its foundation.At that critical moment of life and death,the CPC members rose from blood and took a series of resolute countermeasures:turning to underground struggle;charting new routes and making new policies;diverting the path of armed struggle;strengthening confidence in revolutionary victory.Under the guidance of correct tactics,the CPC members managed to get the revolution back on track by fighting dauntlessly and resolutely against the Kuomintang counter-revolutionists.The CPC in its youth succeeded in turning“crisis”into“opportunity”,providing precious experience and enlightenment for the Party and the government in the regard of substantially boosting their capability of guarding against and resolving significant crises in the new era.Three points are advised:balancing the dialectical relation between democracy and centralism;coordinating quantitative and qualitative growth of CPC members;taking a path with Chinese characteristics.
