摘　　要：冬学运动是中国共产党教育群众、组织群众、动员群众的重要形式。在不同历史时期,冬学运动都发挥出显著作用,有力推动新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设进程。党的坚强领导、遵循农民意愿、符合生产实际以及创新教育形式是冬学运动取得成功的宝贵经验。在新时代的农民教育中,应持续加强当代农民教育的组织性、自主性、实效性和普及性,坚持党的领导并结合实际情况,以艰苦奋斗的态度,不断坚守群众路线,不断提升现代农民教育的质量和水平。The Winter School Movement is an important form for the Communist Party of China to educate,organize and mobilize the masses.In different historical periods,the Winter School Movement plays a significant role in promoting the new democratic revolution,socialist revolution and construction process.The strong leadership of the Party,following the will of farmers,conforming to the actual production and innovative educational forms are precious experience drawn from its success.In the education of the rural citizens in the new era,we should continue to strengthen its organization,autonomy,effectiveness and popularization,adhere to the leadership of the Party while adapting to the particular conditions,assume an attitude of struggle,constantly follow the mass line,and raise the quality and level of such education.
