摘 要:为应对分布式扰动源引发的强迫振荡问题,基于广域测量信息提出储能补偿的强迫振荡抑制方法。首先,通过对多机系统进行模态分析,获得分布式扰动注入下的强迫振荡响应,并揭示储能系统对电网注入周期性功率时与扰动源相似的本质;其次,基于广域测量信息提出控制储能系统引起反相振荡的强迫振荡抑制方法;然后,研究分布式储能协同抑制强迫振荡的场景,制定以完全抑制振荡时储能资源耗费最小为目标的分布式储能协同控制策略;最后,以IEEE39节点系统为例验证所提方法的有效性。To address the forced oscillation problem caused by distributed disturbance sources,a forced oscillation sup-pression method using energy storage compensation is proposed based on the wide-area measurement information.First,the forced oscillation response of a multi-machine system under distributed disturbance injection is obtained through the modal analysis,and it is revealed that an energy storage system(ESS)when injecting periodic power to the power grid is similar to a disturbance source.Second,a method for suppressing the forced oscillation is put forward,in which the ESS is controlled based on the wide-area measurement information to induce opposite-phase oscillation.Third,the sce-nario under which distributed energy storage(DES)is used to coordinately suppress the forced oscillation is studied,and a DES coordinated control strategy is developed with the goal of minimizing the energy storage resource consump-tion when fully suppressing oscillations.Finally,an IEEE 39-bus system is taken as an example,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
