摘 要:针对分布式新能源大规模接入、配电网运行和调控压力逐年增大、电压越限问题凸显的问题,本文提出一种融合网络重构技术的无功优化双层模型。首先,以减少配电网运行成本为目标,考虑分布式电源和无功补偿设备的协调控制,建立无功优化上层模型;其次,以网损成本和重构成本最小为目标,融合网络重构技术,建立下层重构模型;然后,基于多策略方法改进蜣螂优化算法,实现对双层模型的快速求解;最后,以IEEE33节点系统为算例,对所提的双层优化模型进行仿真验证。算例结果表明,所提的双层优化模型可以有效改善配电网的电压分布,降低运行成本。With the large-scale access of distributed new energy,the pressure of distribution network operation and regulation increases year by year,and the voltage overrun problem is highlighted.To address this problem,a reactive pow-er optimization two-layer model incorporating the network reconfiguration technology is proposed in this paper.First,with the goal of reducing the operating cost of distribution network,an upper-layer model of reactive power optimization is established by considering the coordinated control of distributed generations and reactive power compensation equip-ment.With the goal of minimizing the network loss cost and reconfiguration cost,a lower-layer reconfiguration model is established by incorporating the network reconfiguration technology.Then,the dung beetle optimizer is improved based on a multi-strategy method to realize the fast solution of the two-layer model.Finally,the proposed two-layer optimization model is simulated and verified by using an IEEE 33-node system as a numerical example,and results show that it can effectively improve the voltage distribution of distribution network and reduce the operating cost.
