摘  要:在电网发令监控平台的研究中,不同操作系统和编程语言的差异性对监控性能影响较大,平台的兼容性需要进一步提高。针对这一问题,提出基于Web技术的电网发令监控平台。利用Web技术设计电网发令监控平台内部逻辑结构,在数据访问上采取B/S模式,在数据管理层内存数据库的设计上,采用主从模式,优化平台的数据管理性能,同时利用Web技术构建监控网络结构,量化电网运行事件与指令之间的相关性,实现电网发令的动态控制,并针对平台整体的运行情况设计安全校核机制,保证监控安全。实验结果表明,提出的基于Web技术的电网发令监控平台在不同操作系统中响应快、指令错误率低、数据传输稳定,使平台的兼容性得到了明显提高。In the research of power grid dispatch monitoring platform,the difference of different operating systems and programming languages has great influence on the monitoring performance,and the compatibility of the platform needs to be further improved.To solve this problem,a monitoring platform for power grid dispatch based on Web technolo-gy is proposed.Using Web technology to design the grid to the internal logic structure monitoring platform,adopt B/s pattern in the data access,on the design of the data management of memory database,the main and subordinate mode is adopted,optimizing the platform of data management performance,at the same time using Web technology to build monitoring network structure,the quantitative correlations between grid running events and instructions,realize the dynamic control of power grid dispatch,and design the safety check mechanism according to the overall operation of the platform to ensure the safety of monitoring.The experimental results show that the proposed network command monitoring platform based on Web technology has fast response,low instruction error rate and stable data transmission in different operating systems,and the compatibility of the platform has been significantly improved.
