摘  要:该文介绍了锂离子电池匀浆机的组成及工作原理,针对浆料制备工艺耗时长、分散不易均匀且生产过程中需人机频繁交互等问题,设计了一种基于HMI与PLC的自动化控制系统。该系统以HMI为现场管控界面,以PLC为控制核心,具有用户管理、配方管理、生产监控及操作、日志记录等功能,同时对接MES实现从计划层到执行层的智能化管理。项目应用结果表明,该系统功能全面、界面简洁、操控方便,安全稳定运行的同时有效改善了浆料的搅拌及分散效果,在提升制浆生产效率与产品质量方面起到了关键作用。In this paper,the composition and working principle of lithium-ion battery homogenizer are introduced.Aiming at the problems of long preparation time,difficult dispersion and frequent interaction between man and ma-chine in the production process,a fully automatic control system based on HMI and PLC is designed.The system takes HMI as the site control interface and PLC as the control core,with user management,formula management,production monitoring and operation,log recording and other functions,while connecting with MEs to achieve intelli-gent management from the planning layer to the execution layer.The application results of the project show that the system has comprehensive functions,simple interface,convenient operation,safe and stable operation at the same time,effectively improve the mixing and dispersing effect of the slurry,and play a key role in improving the pulping pro-duction efficiency and product quality.
