摘  要:为了提升煤的安全生产水平,减少因电气设备故障引发的事故,提出矿用防爆型电气设备异常信号自动化捕捉系统。调整矿用防爆型电气设备信号捕捉器的组成结构,利用DSP结构改装信号处理器,扩展存储器,加设系统抗干扰电路与元件,实现捕捉硬件系统的优化。采集电气设备的状态信号,通过归一化与消噪操作,完成初始信号的预处理。采用特征提取与匹配的方式,检测设备状态,在自动捕捉参数驱动下,实现设备异常信号的捕捉。通过系统测试实验可知,与传统捕捉系统相比,优化设计系统捕捉信号缺失量减少0.84 MB,信号捕捉错误率降低2.23%,由此证明优化设计系统具有良好的信号捕捉功能。In order to improve the safety production level of coal and reduce accidents caused by electrical equipment failures,a mining explosion-proof electrical equipment abnormal signal automatic capture system is proposed.Adjust the composition structure of the signal capture device for mining explosion-proof electrical equipment,modify the sig-nal processor using DsP structure,expand the memory,add system anti-interference circuits and components,and opti-mize the capture hardware system.Collect status signals of electrical equipment,and complete initial signal prepro-cessing through normalization and noise reduction operations.By using feature extraction and matching,the device sta-tus is detected,and under the drive of automatic capture parameters,abnormal signals of the device are captured.The conclusion drawn from the system testing experiment is that compared with traditional capture systems,the optimized design system reduces the amount of missing signals by 0.84 MB and the signal capture error rate by 2.23%.This proves that the optimized design system has better signal capture function.
