摘  要:检验人员在对福建某石油化工有限公司储运装置加氢裂化石脑油球罐定期检验过程中,发现球罐内表面焊缝和熔合线位置上存在大量的表面裂纹缺陷。利用各项检验检测结果,结合球罐介质运行环境和焊缝应力分布等进行裂纹分析,证实表面裂纹属于湿硫化氢环境中产生的硫化物应力腐蚀裂纹。根据实际检验情况和原因分析,提出球罐在湿硫化氢环境运行的防护措施,确保石油化工设备安全运行。During the regular inspection of a hydrocracking naphtha spherical tank in the storage and transportation unit of Fujian Petrochemical Co.,LTD,inspectors discovered a large number of surface crack defects on the weld seam and fusion line positions on the inner surface of the spherical tank.By utilizing various inspection and testing results,and considering the operating environment of the thank’s medium and the stress distribution of the welds,a crack analysis was conducted.It was confirmed that the surface crack were sulfide stress corrosin cracks produced in a wet hydrogensulfide environment.Based on the actual inspection situation and cause analysis,this article proposes protective measures for the operation of spherical tanks in a wet hydrogen sulfide environment to ensure the safe operation of petrochemical equipment.
