摘　　要：在数字化时代,侵犯知识产权的行为日益增多,传统的侵权判定方法难以满足当前的需求。文中介绍了人工智能应用于侵权判定的优势和局限,介绍了具有人工智能技术代表性的ChatGPT,对其在知识产权侵权判定领域的应用提出思路,以促进知识产权保护和侵权判定的进步。In the era of digitalization,the incidence of intellectual property infringement is on a steady rise,rendering traditional methods of infringement determination inadequate for current demands.This article expounds upon both the merits and limitations of employing artificial intelligence for infringement assessment.It introduces ChatGPT as a representative example of artificial intelligence technology,and outlines potential avenues for its application within the domain of intellectual property infringement assessment.These propositions are put forth with the aim of catalyzing advancements in the realms of intellectual property protection and infringement adjudication.
