摘  要:针对海洋浮标数据传输中资源受限与数据价值差异的问题,本文提出一种基于多维特征评估的自适应传输策略。该策略通过构建包含环境敏感度、时间敏感度和传输代价的多维特征评估模型,设计基于模糊评估的动态传输调度机制,实现海洋浮标数据传输的智能决策。实验结果表明,所提方法在传输时延、带宽利用率和环境适应性等方面显著优于传统固定优先级和简单自适应方案。This paper proposes an adaptive transmission strategy based on multi-dimensional feature evaluation for marine buoy data transmission,addressing resource constraints and data value differences.It establishes a multi-dimensional feature evaluation model including environmental sensitivity,time sensitivity,and transmission cost.The proposed strategy designs a dynamic scheduling mechanism based on fuzzy evaluation,this strategy enables intelligent decision-making for marine buoy data transmission.Experimental results show that the proposed method performs notably better than traditional fixed-priority and simple adaptive schemes in terms of transmission delay,bandwidth utilization,and environmental adaptability.
