摘 要:为改善有些人过度恐高焦虑的心理状态,深入分析了虚拟现实的优势并结合现有的缓解手段,应用虚拟现实技术打造了一款焦虑缓解系统。使用Blender、PS、FairyGUI、Unity3D、VS等软件,开发了虚拟环境、骨骼动画、UI界面以及绑定监听等模块。实验招募了156名参与者,利用智能手机结合低成本的VR眼镜开展场景漫游。实验结束后,通过问卷收集数据。前后数据对比测试,发现参与者的焦虑显著减轻,该系统助于缓解恐高焦虑。In order to improve the psychological state of excessive height-related anxiety,we analyzed the advantages of virtual reality and current mitigation methods and then used virtual reality technology to develop a height-related anxiety relief system.The system uses software such as Blender,PS,FairyGUI,Unity3D,and VS to create virtual environments,skeletal animations,UI interfaces,and binding monitoring modules.The experiment recruited 156 participants,who used smartphones and low-cost VR glasses to explore the virtual scene.After the experiment,various questionnaires were used for data collection.Through pre-and pos-data comparative testing,it was found that the participants'anxiety was significantly reduced,indicating that the system is helpful in alleviating height-related anxiety.
