数字化视角下内河港口散杂货业务转型思路分析设计

摘　　要：2023年11月24日,交通运输部发布的《交通运输部关于加快智慧港口和智慧航道建设的意见》中第三条提出了“有序推进集装箱码头作业自动化和有序推进大宗干散货码头作业自动化”,这也是散杂货相关内容首次被纳入智慧港口的政策文件中。自此我国内河港口散杂货业务迎来了新一轮数字化发展契机,成为港口数字化转型新的方向。以数字化转型为研究视角,以散杂货业务为研究对象,聚焦我国内河港口,探索研究我国内河港口散杂货业务数字化转型思路,力争为我国数字化转型提供新的业务研究方向。On November 24,2023,Article 3 of the Ministry of Transport′s"Opinions on the Construction of Smart Port and Smart Channel"issued by the Ministry of Transport proposed the"orderly promoting promotion of the automation and orderly promotion of the community dry scattered in an orderly promotion of the operation of the container terminal operation.This is also the first time that the scattered grocery is included in the policy document of the smart port.Since then,the domestic river port scattered grocery business has ushered in a new round of digital development opportunities,becoming a new direction of digital transformation in ports.Take digital transformation as a research perspective,focus on the scattered grocery business as the research object,focus on the port of the country,explore the study of digital transformation of the country′s rivers and ports,and the scattered grocery,and strive to provide a new busi⁃ness research direction for our country′s digital transformation.
