摘　　要：虚拟仿真实训基地建设对于提高职业人才培养质量至关重要,各职业院校广泛开展虚拟仿真实训教学并取得显著效果。基于现代通信技术虚拟仿真实训基地,研究了现代通信技术专业的工作岗位和培养目标,分析了课程育人、技能育人、校企合作育人的综合育人方案及应用情况,给出了该方案对于实现人才培养目标、助力工业互联网专业群建设、促进校企供需关系对接的重要意义,培养具有工匠精神和信息素养的能够从事信息通信相关工作的高素质技术技能人才,实现职业教育高质量发展。The construction of virtual simulation training bases is crucial for improving the quality of vocational talent cultivation.Various vocational colleges have widely carried out virtual simulation training teaching and achieved significant results.Based on the vir⁃tual simulation training base of modern communication technology,this paper studies the job positions and training objectives of modern communication technology majors,analyzes the comprehensive education plan and its application of curriculum education,skill education and school enterprise cooperation education,provides the important significance of this plan for achieving talent training goals,assisting the construction of industrial Internet specialty groups,and promoting the integration of supply and demand between schools and enter⁃prises.Cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit and information literacy who can engage in informa⁃tion and communication related work,and achieve high-quality development of vocational education.
