摘 要:法兰广泛应用于石油化工管道等承压设备中,然而密封性能不良导致的泄漏问题在工业生产中时有发生,因此准确评估密封状态至关重要。通过有限元分析和试验验证,研究了介质压力、垫片应力和螺栓应力对法兰泄漏过程的影响机制。基于纵横波法计算螺栓应力融合多孔介质模型,建立了螺栓应力与法兰泄漏率之间的预测模型。研究结果表明,螺栓应力与介质泄漏率均随着介质压力的增加而增加,因此基于纵横波法测量的螺栓应力可以作为评估法兰密封特性的可靠参数。Flanges are extensively applied in pressurized systems,such as pipelines within the petrochemical industry.However,leakage due to inadequate sealing is a common issue in industrial operations,making it essential to accurately evaluate the sealing performance of flanges.Through finite element analysis and experimental validation,the influence offactors such as medium pressure,gasket stress,and bolt stress on flange leakage has been investigated.The bolt stress was calculated using longitudinal and transverse wave methods.By integrating the calculated bolt stress into a porous media model,a predictive model for leakage rates in flanges was developed.The findings show that both bolt stress and fluid leakage rates increase with rising fluid pressure.Consequently,bolt stress,as measured by the longitudinal and transverse wave methods,can be considered a reliable parameter for assessing the sealing integrity of flanges.
