摘  要:膨胀珍珠岩与弹性毡之间摩擦因数的确定是进行钢质液化天然气储罐内罐稳定性计算的重要前提。为明确膨胀珍珠岩与弹性毡之间的摩擦特性,提供确切的摩擦因数,开展了膨胀珍珠岩与弹性毡摩擦试验研究。试验结果表明,不同压力下的摩擦因数测定值存在离散性,总体在0.6附近波动,将8种工况数据平均值定为膨胀珍珠岩与弹性毡的摩擦因数建议值。可为全容式液化天然气储罐环隙空间膨胀珍珠岩侧压力计算提供参考。Determining the coefficient of friction between expanded perlite and elastic felt is an important prerequisite for calculating the stability ofinner tanks ofsteelliquefied natural gas.In order to clarify the friction characteristics between expanded perlite and elastic felt and to obtain an accurate friction coefficient,friction tests were conducted on expanded perlite and elastic felt.The experimental results show that there is variability in the measured friction coefficient values under different pressures,fluctuating around 0.6.By taking the average data of 8 operating conditions,the recommended friction coefficient value for expanded perlite and elastic felt is O.6,which provides a reference for calculating the lateral pressure of expanded perlite in the annular space of full-capacity liquefied natural gas storage tanks.
