摘  要:高温对螺栓(螺柱)法兰连接系统的影响包括法兰性能下降、垫片和螺栓(螺柱)材料性能的降低、热膨胀和蠕变。这些影响导致预紧时垫片上的密封比压降低,使得系统密封性下降。其中螺栓(螺柱)蠕变、热膨胀造成螺栓(螺柱)应力松弛,是导致法兰连接系统泄漏的主要因素之一。因此提出了一种通过降温、降应力从而延缓螺栓(螺柱)材料蠕变速度的措施。主要是利用中空螺栓(螺柱)和较大直径螺栓(螺柱)实现降温和降应力目的,并给出了详细的设计步骤。The effects of high temperature on bolted flange joints include material degradation,thermal expansion,and creep offanges,gaskets,and bolts.These effects lead to a decrease in the sealing pressure on the gasket during the pre-tightening condition,resulting in a decrease in the sealing performance of the system.Bolt stress relaxation caused by bolt creep and thermal expansion is one ofthe major factors leading to leakage of bolted flanged joints.A measure based on cooling and stress reduction has been proposed to delay the creep rate ofbolt materials.The use of hollow bolts and larger diameter bolts to achieve the purpose of cooling and stress reduction and detailed design steps were provided with design details and steps.
