摘  要:针对催化剂焙烧过程中的高温及腐蚀工况,优化设计了一种内衬保温立式结构焙烧炉,采用内置保温和圆盘结构形式,降低了筒体运行温度,避免了筒体与高温腐蚀性介质环境接触而导致的筒体断裂事故的发生,强化了设备长周期运行的安全与稳定性,并通过有限元分析软件对筒体强度及保温结构进行了优化设计。中试试验装置在调试及运行过程中,运行稳定可靠,其连续稳定运行时间已超过3 a,且新结构焙烧炉产品质量和温度分布均匀性均优于常规回转焙烧炉,为催化剂高温腐蚀环境中的焙烧提供了新思路,可为设备进一步大型化工作提供经验。A new structure calciner has been carried out at high temperatures and corrosion conditions in the process of catalyst roasting.By improving the internal heating type and the structure of the built-in insulation design,the operating temperature of the cylinder was significantly reduced,which improved the safety and stability of the roasting furnace,thus avoiding the accident of calciner shell breakage caused by direct contact with the high-temperature corrosive medium.The structural reliability of the equipment was investigated by combining the numerical simulation optimization and pilot-scale experimental methods,which is of great significance for improving the stability of the catalyst calciner in the high-temperature corrosive medium,and provides valuable experience for furtherlarge-scale work.
