摘 要:全焊接板式热交换器具有传热系数高、体积小、质量轻、耐高温高压、耐腐蚀以及价格低廉等优点,是近年来在石油化工等行业发展迅速的热交换器种类。由于结构的复杂性与较高的尺寸精度要求,全焊接板式热交换器对生产工艺的要求远高于可拆板式热交换器。从整体制造工艺、板片成形、板束焊接、维修保养等方面对全焊接板式热交换器的制造过程、制造工艺、性能优势以及适用范围进行了综合论述。Fully welded plate heat exchangers have the advantages of high heat transfer coefficient,small size,lightweight,high temperature and pressure performance,corrosion resistance,and low cost.Recently,fully welded plate heat exchangers have been rapidly developed in the petrochemical industry.Due to the welding sealing technology,the fully welded plate heat exchanger has its unique process characteristics.The manufacturing process offully welded plate heat exchangers was studied in terms ofthe overall manufacturing process,plate forming,plate bundle welding,repair,and maintenance.The advantages and applicability of different manufacturing processes were compared.With appropriate manufacturing and maintenance processes,the quality and production eficiency ofheat exchangers can be significantly improved.
