摘　　要：某公司承接的项目制造中采用了大量S31254板材进行焊接,S31254材料是一种超级不锈钢,其耐蚀性能优秀且可焊性很好。通过大量试验,对选定的最优焊接参数进行焊接工艺评定,各项检测及试验都符合相关标准要求,最终得出适合的产品焊接参数,用于指导产品焊接。总结了S31254焊接过程中的焊接要点和焊接难点,并给出了相应的解决方案。试验研究成果可应用于同组(类)别的焊接工艺评定制作及产品焊接和产品制造。In the manufacturing process of a certain company's project,a large number of S31254 sheets were used for welding.S31254 material is a super stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and good weldability.Through extensive experiments,the optimal welding parameters were selected to evaluate the welding process.All inspections and tests met the requirements of relevant standards,and finally suitable product welding parameters were obtained to guide product welding.The welding points and difficulties in the welding process of S31254 were summarized and corresponding solutions were provided.Through these experimental studies,it can facilitate the derivation ofthe same group(category)of welding process evaluations for product welding and product fabrication.
