摘　　要：目的筛选加味天王补心咀嚼片的优选处方。方法基于质量源于设计理念,采用L 9(32)正交试验设计,以对片剂性质有显著影响的填充剂比例、黏合剂用量为考察因素,以颗粒流动性、咀嚼片硬度和脆碎度为评价指标,采用层次分析法优选处方。结果当填充剂微晶纤维素与预胶化淀粉的质量比为1∶0.8,黏合剂羟丙基甲基纤维素质量占颗粒总质量的3%时,所得片剂性质佳。结论本研究获得加味天王补心咀嚼片优选处方,为其他中药全浸膏咀嚼片的处方筛选提供了参考。Objective To select an optimized formulation of Jiawei Tianwang Buxin chewable tablets.Methods Based on the concept of quality by design,the L 9(32)orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the proportion of fillers and the amount of the adhesive that made a huge difference to the properties of tablets.Such indexes for evaluation as particle fluidity,hardness and brittleness of chewable tablets were used to select the prescription by the analytic hierarchy process.Results When the mass ratio of microcrystalline cellulose as the filler to hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as the pre-gummed starch was 1∶0.8 and the adhesive hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose accounted for 3%of the total particle mass,the tablet properties were the best.Conclusion The optimized formulation for Jiawei Tianwang Buxin chewable tablets has been identified,providing a reference for the development of other whole extract chewable tablets of traditional Chinese medicine.
