复方茜草增色液治疗豚鼠白癜风的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的开展复方茜草增色液治疗氢醌诱导白癜风豚鼠效果的研究。方法持续50 d在豚鼠背部皮肤涂抹5%氢醌乳膏造模,成功后分别给予祛白酊和低、中、高剂量(以虎杖苷含量计分别为:75、150、300μg·ml^(-1))复方茜草增色液并联合紫外光照射治疗。结果白癜风豚鼠经过祛白酊和低、中、高剂量复方茜草增色液联合紫外光照射治疗后,有效率分别为50%、50%、100%、100%,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方茜草增色液对治疗氢醌诱导的白癜风豚鼠有一定的疗效。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of compound Qiancao color-enhancing liquid against hydroquinone-induced vitiligo in guinea pigs.Methods A model of guinea pigs with vitiligo was established by applying 5%hydroquinone cream to their back skin for 50 days,treating these guinea pigs with Qu-Bai tincture and compound Qiancao color-enhancing liquid at a low,medium,high dose(the content of polydatin was 75,150,300μg·ml^(-1) respectively),and irradiating them with an ultraviolet light therapeutic device.Results After treatment with compound Qiancao color-enhancing liquid at different doses,the effective rates were 50%,50%,100%and 100%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound Qiancao color-enhancing liquid has a good effect on hydroquinone-induced vitiligo in guinea pigs.
