三七提取物快速止血喷膜剂的处方设计与优化

摘　　要：目的制备三七提取物快速止血喷膜剂,并对其处方进行优化。方法结合单因素分析法,以喷雾情况、附着停止流动和成膜时间、膜性能为评价指标,对喷雾剂处方进行初步评价,并进一步对喷膜剂中各组分用量进行考察;采用星点设计-响应面法优化三七提取物喷膜剂处方。结果确定成膜处方为:1.3%聚乙烯醇0588,0.75%PVP-K30,2%三七提取物,2%甘油,20%乙醇及20%乙酸乙酯。该喷膜剂以雾状喷出,成膜性良好。结论筛选所得三七提取物快速止血喷膜剂的处方条件可靠,具有可行性,为三七提取物快速止血喷膜剂的处方评价提供参考。Objective To prepare a rapid hemostatic film spraying agent containing Panax Notoginseng extract and optimize its formula.Methods Based on one-way analysis,the spray,time taken for the adhesives to stop flowing and form a film and the properties of the agent were evaluated before the usage of each component of the agent was investigated.The formula of the agent was optimized using the central composite design-response surface methodology.Results The formula involved 1.3%PVA 0588,0.75%PVP-K30,2%Panax Notoginseng extract,2%glycerol,20%ethanol and 20%ethylacetate.The agent was sprayed and a film was formed quickly.Conclusion The formula of this rapid hemostatic film spraying agent with Panax Notoginseng extract is reliable and feasible,which can facilitate the assessment of related formulas.
