某医院2019一2024年第二类精神药品使用分析

摘　　要：目的调查某医院2019-2024年第二类精神药品的使用情况,为规范化管理和临床合理用药提供依据。方法对2019-2024年第二类精神药品处方信息进行回顾性分析,包括销售金额、序号比、用药频度、药物利用指数等指标。结果该院2019-2024年第二类精神药品销售金额逐年下降,排在前3的均为用于镇痛的弱阿片类药物;用药频度维持在相对稳定的水平,前3位分别是阿普唑仑片、右佐匹克隆片和艾司唑仑片;第二类精神药品中弱阿片类镇痛药物的序号比基本<1,镇静催眠药的序号比均≥1。第二类精神药品中弱阿片类镇痛药物除纳布啡注射液以外的药物利用指数基本<1,镇静催眠药的药物利用指数大部分接近于1。结论该院2019-2024年第二类精神药品使用情况基本合理。在弱阿片类药物应用上医嘱剂量较谨慎,药物的选用上可以再优化。Objective To investigate the usage of classⅡpsychotropic drugs in a hospital between 2019 and 2024 in order to provide evidence for rational drug use.Methods The data on classⅡpsychotropic drugs used from 2019 to 2024 was retrospectively analyzed in terms of the consumption sum,sequence ratio(B/A),defined daily dose(DDD)and drug utilization index(DUI).Results The consumption sum of classⅡpsychotropic drugs in the hospital decreased year by year,and the top three were all weak opioids used for pain relief.The DDD of classⅡpsychotropic drugs was generally stable.Alprazolam tablets,dexzopiclone tablets,and astazolam tablets were the top three.The B/A of classⅡpsychotropic drugs was greater than or equal to 1 except weak opioids while the DUI was greater than or equal to 1,compared with less than 1 for weak opioids except nabufine hydrochloride injection.Conclusion The usage of classⅡpsychotropic drugs in this hospital from 2019 to 2024 was generally acceptable.Lower dosages of weak opioids were common in clinic practice,so the selection of drugs can be optimized.
