摘　　要：目的通过分析某医院制剂百叶消炎洗剂的使用情况及处方合格情况,为促进该院医院制剂的发展及临床合理用药提供参考。方法调取该院信息系统2022年5月-2023年6月百叶消炎洗剂处方5831张,对其处方下嘱科室、年龄、性别、临床诊断、用量等进行逐条回顾性分析,并逐一审核处方判断其合理性。结果百叶消炎洗剂使用人群多集中于20~49岁;使用较多的科室为妇产科、皮肤科、生殖医学科,占79.48%。主要用于治疗阴道炎、外阴炎、湿疹、皮炎、包皮及阴茎炎等疾病,占74.65%;处方不合理情况多见于超说明书用药、诊断不确切、诊断与用药不符等问题,占0.58%。结论该院百叶消炎洗剂使用存在不合理的情况,需加以重视并采取相关的措施予以干预。推进医院制剂说明书规范化、处方信息系统精确化发展,并对医院制剂新用途予以推广,充分发挥医院制剂的特色及优势。Objective To analyze the usage of and appropriateness of prescriptions for Baiye anti-inflammatory wash,a pharmaceutical preparation,in order to provide data for the development of hospital-made preparations and rational medications.Methods A total of 5831 prescriptions for Baiye anti-inflammatory wash given between May 2022 and June 2023 were retrieved from the information system of the hospital before being retrospectively analyzed by examining the departments responsible for the prescriptions,age and gender of patients,clinical diagnosis and usage of this drug.Each prescription was individually reviewed to assess its rationality.Results The majority of users of Baiye anti-inflammatory wash were in the group aged 20 to 49,with the highest usage from the departments of obstetrics and gynecology,dermatology,and reproductive medicine,accounting for 79.48%of the total.This drug was usually used for the treatment of vaginitis and vulvitis,eczema,dermatitis,circumcision and priapism,accounting for 74.65%of the total.Irrational prescriptions involved off-label use,inaccurate diagnosis,and unprescribed medications,accounting for 0.58%of the total.Conclusion There are cases of irrational use of Baiye anti-inflammatory wash in the hospital.It is critical to standardize instructions for hospital-made preparations and make the prescription information system precise.
