摘　　要：胰高血糖素样肽-1是由30个氨基酸组成的多肽,具有促进胰岛素分泌和刺激胰岛β细胞增殖等作用。胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂是近年来应用较为广泛的降糖药,其通过激活胰高血糖素样肽-1受体,增强胰岛素分泌,从而达到降低血糖的作用。此外,胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂类药物也在降低体质量、降血压和保护肝脏肾脏等方面具有显著疗效,因此其在糖尿病的药物治疗领域具有重要意义。本文对胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂类药物作用机制、应用特点及研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床应用者和相关研究者提供参考。Glucagon-like peptide-1 is a polypeptide consisting of 30 amino acids,which has such biological effects as promoting insulin secretion and stimulating the proliferation of pancreaticβcells.The Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist has been widely used as an antidiabetic drug.It enhances insulin secretion by activating the Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor,thus lowering blood glucose.Furthermore,Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist drugs can also effectively help lose weight,lower blood pressure,and protect the heart and kidney.Therefore,they have promising applications in medications for diabetes.This paper reviews the pharmacological mechanism,applications and research progress related to Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist drugs in the hope of providing data for clinicians and researchers involved in clinical applications of these drugs.
