乡村旅游背景下民宿的研究综述

摘　　要：近年来人们愈来愈向往原真的田园生活,乡村旅游“井喷式”发展,成为乡村振兴的新生力量。民宿是乡村旅游的重要载体,已成为乡村旅游主要优势,为乡村经济发展注入新活力。因此,在乡村旅游背景下研究民宿发展,对促进乡村振兴有极深远的现实意义。采用文献计量、文献分析法和可视化分析法,在中国知网(CNKI)进行高级检索,使用CiteSpace软件对乡村民宿研究成果数据计量分析,基于发展机遇、现存问题、设计方式和经营策略4个方面内容进行梳理。研究表明:第一,研究作者、研究机构相对独立,尚未形成紧密的合作网络。第二,研究内容广泛但缺乏深度。第三,描述性研究和实证性研究相结合。第四,侧重地方性个例研究,缺少乡村民宿业整体研究。In recent years,people have increasingly yearned for the original pastoral life.Rural tourism has developed in a"spurt"manner and has become a new force in rural revitalization.Homestay is an important carrier of rural tourism and have become the main advantage of rural tourism,injecting new vitality into rural economic development.Therefore,studying the development of homestay in the context of rural tourism has far-reaching practical significance for promoting rural revitalization.Using bibliometrics,literature analysis and visual analysis methods,advanced search was carried out on China's National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and CiteSpace software was used to quantitatively analyze the data of the research results of rural homestay,based on four aspects:development opportunities,existing problems,design methods and business strategies.Sort out.Research shows that:First,research authors and research institutions are relatively independent and have not yet formed a close cooperation network.Second,the research content is extensive but lacks depth.Third,the combination of descriptive research and empirical research.Fourth,it focuses on local case studies and lacks overall research on the rural homestay industry.
