电袋复合除尘器试运行过程故障分析及处理

摘　　要：对某燃煤自备电厂3×75 t/h锅炉电袋复合除尘器中箱体变形事故进行了分析,从技术和调试两个方面入手,分析认为,如果采取合理的防范措施,中箱体变形情况完全可以避免,根据现场实际情况,提出了修复方案,在电袋复合除尘器钢支架、灰斗和上箱体没有变形的情况下,将中箱体恢复到初始状态,确保了电袋复合除尘器的结构强度和达标排放。This paper analyzes the deformation accident of the middle box of the electric bag composite dust remover for a 3×75 t/h boiler in a coal-fired self-contained power plant.Starting from two aspects of technology and debugging,it is believed that if reasonable preventive measures are taken,the deformation of the middle box can be completely avoided.According to the actual situation on site,a repair plan is proposed to restore the middle box to its original state without deformation of the steel bracket,ash hopper and upper box of the electric bag composite dust remover.It ensures the structural strength and emission standards of the electric bag composite dust remover.
