摘  要:于2021年4月在秦山岛海域开展浮游动物调查,用优势度指数法和香农威纳指数法对浮游动物的优势种和多样性进行评价.结果显示:共采集鉴定浮游动物5大类21种,其中桡足类11种、软甲类3种、毛颚类和水母类各1种、幼体5种.优势种为中华哲水蚤、克氏纺锤水蚤、太平洋真宽水蚤和墨氏胸刺水蚤.受盐度和透明度等因素影响,离岸水域的浮游动物丰度大于近岸水域,近岸水域的浮游动物香农威纳指数高于离岸水域.优势种密度的空间分布显示近岸水域生态环境受到了一定程度的污染.A survey of zooplankton was conducted in Qinshan Island in April 2021,and the dominant species and diversity of zooplankton were evaluated using the dominance index method and the Shannon-Wiener index method.The results showed that 21 species of five major categories of zooplankton were collected and identified,including 11 species of copepoda,three species of malacostraca,one species of chaetognatha and medusae each,and five species of larva.The dominant species were Calanus sinicus,Acartia clausi,Eurytemora pacifica,and Centropages mcmurrichi.Affected by salinity and transparency,the abundance of zooplankton in offshore waters was higher than that in nearshore waters,and the Shannon-Weiner index of zooplankton in nearshore waters was higher than that in offshore waters.The spatial distribution of the density of dominant species showed that the ecological environment of the nearshore waters was polluted to a certain extent.
