摘  要:本文以商品聚氨酯添加染料作为外壳,PEG6000作为内核,采用同轴静电纺丝法制备了具有核壳结构的光热转换储能调温复合纤维,研究重点在于探讨不同PEG6000含量对制备纤维形貌和性能的影响。TEM、SEM、DSC及XRD等测试分析表明,复合纤维存在着明显的核壳结构;随着PEG6000含量增加,复合纤维的直径逐渐增大,相变焓值提高;当PEG6000含量为60%时,纤维熔融焓值和结晶焓值分别为87.5 J/g和72.13 J/g;复合纤维经光照后在降温过程中存在明显的降温平台,且经过50次光照循环实验后,纤维熔融焓值和结晶焓值分别减少8.47%和5.79%,但仍具有较好的储能和调温能力。In this paper,a series of core-shell structured photothermal conversion energy storage fibers were prepared through coaxial electrospinning using commercial polyurethane with dyes added as the outer layer,and PEG6000 as the core.The effect of varying PEG6000 content on the morphology and properties of the obtained fibers was investigated.Tests and analyses such as TEM,SEM,DSC,and XRD indicate that the composite fibers exhibit a distinct core-shell structure.As the PEG6000 content increases,the diameter of the composite fibers gradually enlarges and the phase transition enthalpy increases.When the PEG6000 content is 60%,the melting enthalpy and crystallization enthalpy of the fibers are 87.5 J/g and 72.13 J/g,respectively.After exposure to light,the composite fibers display a notable cooling plateau during the cooling process.Furthermore,after 50 cycles of light exposure,the fibers'melting enthalpy and crystallization enthalpy decreased by 8.47%and 5.79%,respectively,while still maintaining good energy storage and temperature regulation capabilities.
