国际化程度和制度环境对我国纺织服装企业创新绩效的组态分析

摘　　要：伴随着经济全球化的进一步深化,新一轮的科技、产业变革为我国纺织服装企业的发展带来了机遇与挑战。本文以31家中国纺织服装上市企业为研究案例,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探讨了在国际化程度和制度环境的共同作用下企业创新绩效的影响组态路径,得出高创新绩效的实现存在3种组态:国家间非正式制度距离导向-高深度型、区域制度和国家间非正式制度导向-低经验型、国家间正式制度距离导向-高深度型。基于研究结果从政府和企业2个维度为企业在不同制度环境下选择适当的国际化战略,促进创新绩效提升提供借鉴参考。Along with the further deepening of economic globalization,the new round of technological and industrial changes has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of China's textile and garment enterprises.This paper takes 31 listed Chinese textile and garment enterprises as research cases,and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the grouping path of the influence of corporate innovation performance under the joint effect of the degree of internationalization and the institutional environment,and concludes thatthere are three configurations leading to high innovation performance:inter-country informal institutional distance-oriented-high depth type,regional system and inter-country informal institutional-oriented-low empirical type,and inter-country formal institutional distance-oriented-high depth type.Based on these findings,recommendations are provided for both government and enterprises to choose appropriate internationalization strategies under different institutional environments,offering guidance for improving innovation performance.
