自动发药系统在医院药学服务中的应用与展望

摘　　要：目的探讨自动发药系统推动医院药学服务发展的新模式。方法通过对自动发药系统在门诊药房中的应用实践进行探索,总结自动发药系统的应用成效,提出“人工智能+药学服务”推动医院药学服务发展的新思考。结果与自动发药系统引入前比较,日平均处方量由3000余张增加到7000余张,76%的药品存进自动发药机,工作流程上增加了机器的运作流程,调配人员与发药人员的比例由3∶2调整到了3∶5,患者取药等候时间(高峰时段)平均缩短7~9 min,降低了药师的劳动强度,减少了差错发生。结论将自动发药系统应用于门诊药房中,实现了工作人员布局的优化、药学服务工作流程的更新,进而使工作环境明显改善、工作强度大幅减轻、盘点与效期管理更为方便、取药时间有效缩短、差错发生减少、药学服务质量进一步提升。Objective To explore the new model for the development of hospital pharmaceutical care promoted by the automatic dispensing medicine system.Methods By investigating the application of the automatic dispensing medicine system in the outpatient pharmacy,summarized the effectiveness of the automatic dispensing medicine system and proposed new thoughts on promoting the development of hospital pharmaceutical care through“artificial intelligence+pharmaceutical services”.Results Compared with the period before the introduction of the automatic dispensing medicine system,the average daily number of prescription increased from over 3000 to over 7000.76%of the drugs were stored in the automated dispensing machine.The workflow was updated to include the operation of the machine.The staffing ratios for dispensing-to-distribution personnel shifted from 3∶2 to 3∶5.The average waiting time for patients to collect their medications during peak hours was reduced by 7-9 min.The labor intensity of pharmacists was decreased,and the occurrence of errors was reduced.Conclusion The application of the automatic dispensing medicine system in the outpatient pharmacy has optimized the layout of staff,updated the workflow of pharmaceutical care,significantly improved the working environment,greatly reduced the workload,facilitated inventory and expiration management,effectively shortened the time for collecting medications,and reduced the occurrence of errors,thereby further enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical care.
