国医大师熊继柏运用疏肝消瘰丸治疗结节肿块疾病经验

摘　　要：介绍国医大师熊继柏运用自拟方疏肝消瘰丸治疗结节肿块疾病的临证经验。结节肿块疾病是以全身范围内出现硬结、肿块,患处或胀或痛,或无痛为特征的疾病,临床上包括甲状腺结节、乳腺结节、淋巴结肿大等病症。熊继柏认为肝气郁结是结节肿块疾病的重要病机,确立了疏肝理气、软坚散结的治法,临床应用疏肝消瘰丸治疗疗效确切,具有较高的学术价值。This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor Xiong Jibai,master of traditional Chinese medicine,in the treatment of concretions and conglomerations using his self-made formula Shugan Xiaoluo Pills.Concretions and conglomerations is a condition characterized by the appearance of nodules and lumps in the body,swelling or pain in the affected area,or painlessness.It includes thyroid nodules,breast nodules,lymph node enlargement,and other diseases.Professor Xiong Jibai holds that stagnated liver qi is an important pathogenesis of the disease,and works out a treatment method of dispersing the liver and regulating qi,softening and resolving hard masses.His clinical application of Shugan Xiaoluo Pills has a definite therapeutic effect and high academic value.
